Solid State Devices, Inc. (SSDI) is proud to present three new JEDEC registered silicon rectifiers - 1N7066, 1N7067, and 1N7068. These hyperfast recovery rectifiers (trr =30ns) exhibit a forward voltage drop of .95 volts at 10 amps, a surge current of 350 amps max.,  and a range of 100 - 200 volts. They are hermetically sealed and characterized by a low forward voltage drop, void free chip construction, and solid silver leads for high efficiency applications. They are available in both axial and surface mount square tab (SMS) packages, and can serve as high current replacements for devices such as 1N5807-1N5811 and possibly replace larger stud mount devices like 1N5812-1N5816. Available TX, TXV, and S-Level screening are based on MIL-PRF-19500 guidelines.  Screening flows are available on request.
